The Brivia_Group wants to leverage your talent to further strengthen our digital transformation ecosystem! **Job Mission:** This professional’s mission is to support the creative team, possessing the capability to develop simple campaigns, such as social media assets. They perform adjustments and oversee the entire creative workflow, yet do not hold decision-making authority, operating under guidance and continuous supervision. **Main Responsibilities:** * Search for and select images; * Replicate assets; * Adjust assets and layouts; * Adjust key visuals (KVs); * Support the conception of more complex creative projects; * Create simple campaigns, always under supervision; * Contribute ideas and suggestions during brainstorming sessions. **Academic Qualifications:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Design, Communications, or related fields. **Technical Requirements:** * 2–3 years of experience in the field; * Experience in Retail (Performance and Growth); * Experience with Figma, the tool used for all deliverables; * Adobe Creative Suite; * Figma; * Preferred: basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing. **Behavioral Attributes:** * Interest in professional growth and development; * Proactivity; * Availability and flexibility; * Capacity for continuous learning.
