Promotion of safety and organization in the workplace Process Engineering Coordinator. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage team activities by prioritizing and validating the team’s task list, aiming to optimize resources and deliverables from Aeris Engineering departments in accordance with external and internal customer specifications. * Evaluate the delivery and performance of the Aeris Engineering team through the definition of individual goals for each member according to the organization’s evaluation standards, thereby ensuring team members’ career development. * Report, monitor, and develop indicators and action plans in monthly presentations featuring key metrics and high-priority, high-impact activities, demonstrating operational performance to senior management and documenting progress on completed work. * Guide the team’s technical decisions considering business aspects, ensuring execution of activities defined in the company’s and Engineering department’s periodic strategic planning.
