Position: HR Manager (Strategic HR) – Brumagran
Location: Cachoeiro de Itapemirim – ES
Mode: On-site
Employment Type: Individual Contractor (PJ)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, business hours

**Job Objective**
---------------------
To strategically structure the HR department by implementing and consolidating the full employee lifecycle management cycle (job descriptions, IDPs, evaluations, feedback, organizational charts, and policies), promoting human development and direct business impact.
**Main Responsibilities**

* Define and implement HR policies and processes aligned with the company’s strategy
* Structure the complete employee lifecycle management process
* Plan and execute talent attraction, recruitment, and retention programs
* Develop training, development, and succession plans
* Manage performance, evaluations, and feedback with a meritocracy focus
* Strengthen organizational culture, engagement, and internal climate
* Act as a strategic partner to leadership
* Support managers in decisions related to compensation, absenteeism, and development
* Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in people-related processes
**Requirements**

### **Mandatory**
* Completed undergraduate degree
* Knowledge of talent management, organizational culture, and Training & Development (T&D)
* Proficiency in HR systems and performance evaluation tools
* Experience in strategic HR planning and metrics
* Knowledge of agile methodologies applied to people management
### **Desirable**
* Solid experience in industrial companies or organizations of similar scale
* Experience with employee engagement and employer branding programs
* Experience with ERP systems (Sankhya is a plus)
