Join EY and help us build a better business world. **About the opportunity:** In Financial Services (FSO), we are building a better business world by supporting the needs and challenges of our financial services clients (Capital Markets, Banks, Insurance, and Asset Management) through a single service line that unifies our various specialties (Audit, Consulting, Technology, etc.) to comprehensively and customarily serve this sector. \#FSOEY **Your responsibilities will include:** * Developing and optimizing Generative AI (RAG) pipelines for querying complex knowledge bases * Integrating language models (LLMs) with APIs and legacy banking and insurance systems * Optimizing token consumption and reducing model response latency * Collaborating with development teams to validate model accuracy and mitigate hallucinations * Implementing security, validation, and content filtering layers (Guardrails) **Required qualifications and skills:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields * **Technologies:** Python, FastAPI, Pydantic, LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, CrewAI, PyTorch/TensorFlow, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus, ChromaDB) * **Mandatory requirements:** Experience with LLMs and expertise in RAG architectures * **Professional experience:** Work experience in technology companies, software development lifecycles, and agile methodologies (Agile/Scrum) * **Preferred qualifications:** Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps and LGPD applied to AI * **Certifications (desirable):** Cloud (e.g., Azure AI Engineer) and Deep Learning Visit go.ey.com/beneficios to explore our universe of **benefits**. **What we offer:** At EY, you’ll develop future-focused skills and gain world-class experiences.
