Key Responsibilities: * Prospect new customers and identify business opportunities * Provide customer service (telephone, digital, and proactive) * Conduct negotiations and present solutions aligned with customer needs * Prepare quotations and commercial proposals * Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact through post-sales * Make proactive and reactive phone calls * Ensure customer satisfaction and drive customer retention * Act as the liaison between customers and internal departments * Record information and maintain updated commercial systems/files * Monitor performance indicators and goals (daily, weekly, and monthly) * Support opening and tracking of customer service requests (SAC), when necessary Requirements: * Completed high school education * Prior experience in commercial/sales roles * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organized and results-focused * Skilled in negotiation and customer relationship management Preferred Qualifications: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree * Advanced Excel proficiency * Experience in proactive prospecting Candidate Profile We Seek: * Proactive * Communicative * Organized * Persuasive * Goal- and results-oriented * Enjoys working with challenges We Offer: Competitive market salary + commission; Charter bus service (subject to route analysis); On-site parking; Health insurance plan; Breakfast and lunch provided at the company; Partnership with SENAC; Discounts on courses offered by Anhanguera; Access to SESC benefits; Wellhub (Gympass).
