Job Summary: Medical-hospital billing analyst responsible for verifying invoices, assisting service providers, and analyzing inconsistencies. Key Highlights: 1. Receive and verify medical-hospital expense invoices 2. Support service providers in using the billing system 3. Analyze charges and inconsistencies in XML files * Receive medical-hospital expense invoices, verify the batch cover page completion, open and download invoices into the system for electronic verification; * Support service providers in using the virtual billing preparation and submission system, providing necessary information for correct tool usage; * Assist in charge analysis based on signed contracts, price lists, and audit guidelines to validate compliant items and apply denials to non-compliant items; * Assist in analyzing inconsistencies in XML files, identifying errors encountered by service providers when uploading files to the website and/or errors arising from importing files submitted by service providers into the system; * Receive invoices for services rendered at the company's own units or during home and/or hospital visits, analyze amounts per contracts, prepare spreadsheets or other control tools, address potential deviations, enter data into the system, and generate reports to enable timely and accurate payment; Compensation: starting from R$2\.753,29 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Hospital billing?
