Join us, and get better with every move. **About the Position:** **Our Finance Team:** **Invoice Hub** Financial Invoice Receipt Assistant, a key role in maintaining the integrity of our processes. Ensuring correct invoice registration in accordance with approval, preventing errors that could impact billing and supplier relationships. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team. **Key Responsibilities:** Receive and validate invoices according to the approved budget in the system. Validate CNPJ, address, amounts, and taxes. Register entries in the ERP system and maintain organized files. Review invoices and related documents, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
