Job Summary: We are seeking an Archivist to join our Human Resources team, responsible for managing and preserving the documentary heritage by applying organization and classification techniques. Dissemination of information and cultural activities **We are looking for an Archivist to join our Human Resources team.** Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Thursday), Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Meal Voucher: BRL 8.00/day \- no salary deduction; Food Allowance: BRL 146.00/month \- no salary deduction; Totalpass; SESC agreement; **Competencies and Skills** * **Information Management:** Plan and implement document management systems, preserving the documentary heritage of individuals, institutions, and society. * **Technical Knowledge:** Master techniques for document organization, conservation, appraisal, and classification, as well as emerging technologies applied to archives. * **Critical Thinking:** Monitor, interpret, and reflect upon social and technological changes to adapt information management practices. * **Organization and Attention to Detail:** Be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling various types of documents and resolving issues. **Main Responsibilities** * **Organization and Preservation:** Classify, conserve, and preserve physical and digital documents. * **Document Management:** Manage the document lifecycle, from creation through to disposal or permanent retention. * **Dissemination:** Develop cultural projects and activities, and guide access to and dissemination of information.
