Guarantee of document conservation and security Archivist Location: São Miguel Paulista Employment Type: Temporary Salary: R$ 2\.600,00 Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Benefits: * Medical Insurance * Life Insurance * On-site Cafeteria * Transportation Allowance or Parking * Food Allowance – R$ 225,00 Main Responsibilities: * Organize, classify, and catalog physical documents in accordance with archival standards; * Conduct inventory, survey, and identification of archival collections, including old and hard-to-trace documents; * Establish criteria for document storage, conservation, and disposal in compliance with legislation; * Manage archives through manual or computerized systems; * Ensure appropriate storage conditions (humidity, lighting, ventilation, packaging); * Support internal departments in locating, retrieving, and returning documents; * Monitor digitization processes and migration of archives to electronic media; * Safeguard document security, preservation, and confidentiality; * Guide employees and third parties on proper archiving procedures; * Support the organization of digital/electronic documents. Requirements: * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Administration or related fields; * Experience organizing physical archives, especially historical collections; * Knowledge of legislation regarding corporate document retention; * Ability to read and interpret administrative, fiscal, and legal documents; * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and methodological awareness.
