**FIXED \+ COMMISSION** We are seeking a communicative, elegant, organized individual with the ability to understand customer profiles, confidently present products, and professionally guide sales. **Main responsibilities** * Serve customers in person and through the store's digital channels. * Present jewelry, fashion jewelry, and accessories according to customer profiles and needs. * Conduct sales with a focus on experience, delight, and customer loyalty. * Organize display windows, counters, and product exhibitions. * Track quotations, orders, and potential customer returns. * Maintain a clean, organized, and brand-standard-compliant store environment. * Register sales, customer information, and transactions in the company's system. * Support commercial initiatives, promotional campaigns, and special occasions. **Preferred qualifications** Previous experience in jewelry retail or high-end product sales.
