Job Summary: We are seeking an internal sales representative to provide in-person, personalized service at our physical store, specializing in custom-made scrubs for healthcare professionals, including store organization and post-sale follow-up. We are looking for a sales representative to join our physical store in Goiânia. **Your responsibilities:** * In-person customer service with active listening to individual needs (profession, daily routine, measurements, preferences) * End-to-end sales process, focusing on guidance — not aggressive product pushing * Store, display window, and inventory organization * Recording of sales, measurements, and custom orders * Post-sale follow-up (delivery timelines, adjustments, customer satisfaction) **What we’re looking for:** * Prior retail sales experience (apparel/fashion is a strong plus) * Strong communication skills and ability to build genuine rapport with customers * Availability for store schedule: Mon–Fri 8:30 AM–6:30 PM, including Saturdays 9:00 AM–1:00 PM * Organizational skills and attention to detail **Preferred qualifications (not mandatory):** * Experience with custom-made/personalized products * Experience serving healthcare professionals **What we offer:** * Fixed salary + commission on sales, respecting the industry minimum wage (SECEG/Sindilojas-GO collective agreement) * Transportation allowance / meal voucher * Progressive commission and performance-based bonuses * Discount on store products * A close-knit and supportive work environment where customer care is central to our culture Compensation: R$2.000,00 – R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
