Opportunity to continuously learn about products The sales associate will warmly welcome customers, guide them through our products, answer questions, and assist in selecting the best options among exclusive plush teddy bears, keychains, and souvenirs. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales, organizing the sales floor, restocking items, managing local inventory, verifying products, and maintaining impeccable cleanliness and presentation of the counter and display window. The role also involves processing purchases, receiving payments, and issuing receipts to ensure efficient cash handling. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Capivari, Campos do Jordão, SP. **Qualifications** * **Communication and Customer Service:** Ability to communicate clearly, friendly, and professionally with customers and team members, demonstrating commitment to delivering warm and memorable service experiences. * **Consultative Sales:** Retail sales experience, ability to present products attractively (highlighting details, charm, and utility of items), and focus on results tracking. * **Willingness to Learn (Training):** Eagerness to continuously learn about gifts, souvenirs, and collectibles, and to share this knowledge with colleagues and customers to enhance purchase value. * **Additional Qualifications:** Completed high school education. Prior customer service experience—especially in gift retail, tourism, handicrafts, souvenirs, or shopping mall/street stores—is considered a plus.
