Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions. Record contacts and opportunities in the system/CRM. Negotiate commercial terms within company policy. Maintain relationships with the customer base. Contribute ideas to improve sales scripts and approaches. Perform tasks related to telesales routines. Position based in Recife / PE. Previous experience as a Telesales Agent, Telephone Sales Consultant, Telesales Representative, or Telesales Representative may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
