Supervise the store’s daily operations, ensuring compliance with company standards; Support the team during store opening, operation, and closing; Organize work schedules and assign team tasks; Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction; Support employee training and development; Monitor operational KPIs and support achievement of unit goals; Handle operational incidents and provide on-the-floor support to the team; Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety regulations, and store organization. **Requirements:** What we are looking for?
