Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and presentation **Requirements** * Completed elementary education; * Availability for in-person work; * Experience as a Store Operator or Sales Promoter (Stock Replenisher), preferably serving Class A and B customers; * Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience across various supermarket departments (bakery, produce, deli, grocery, etc.). **Responsibilities** * Greet customers warmly, empathetically, and with a focus on delivering the best possible solution; * Ensure an excellent shopping experience, reinforcing the brand’s purpose and values; * Provide consultative and welcoming service by identifying each customer’s individual needs; * Operate the cash register/POS system and perform daily closing procedures; * Restock and replenish products throughout the store; * Apply the PVPS method (FIFO) to ensure proper product rotation and expiration date control; * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation of all store sections and the store overall; * Perform other duties inherent to the position.
