We are looking for an intern to join our reception team with a focus on delivering exceptional service, nurturing customer relationships, and executing consultative sales. At Carolina Gonçalves Estética Avançada, you will gain practical experience in the Commercial and Administrative fields, experiencing the day-to-day operations of an organized space focused on client well-being. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Primary Commercial Focus: Consultative sales, procedures, contract closing, and issuance. Customer Service & Reception: Greet and receive clients with a focus on delivering an exceptional experience. Active Communication: Directly engage with clients via social media and support channels. Schedule Management: Arrange, confirm, and organize meetings and team appointments. Administrative Tasks: Update internal systems (CRM and spreadsheets), organize documents and registrations, and prepare departmental support reports. Preferred Qualifications and Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proactive, responsible, and highly organized personality. Passion for sales and public-facing service. Ability to work effectively with targets and maintain a results-oriented focus.
