Job Summary: Sales Assistant position to actively and receptively acquire customers, conducting sales via phone, WhatsApp, and in person, following the company's service standards. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to present the company and identify suitable plans. **SALES ASSISTANT POSITION** This position involves actively and receptively acquiring customers and completing sales via phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings. Follow company procedures while maintaining the existing service standards. Must understand the company well enough to identify the appropriate plan for each customer, listen to and interact with customers, and offer solutions accordingly. The first contact with the customer is made by phone (answering solely via WhatsApp is not permitted); the second contact may be conducted in person at the customer's location or by receiving the customer at our office. Performance targets will be introduced shortly. **RESPONSIBILITIES (SUMMARIZED)** * Attend to customers via WhatsApp, phone, and in person * Present the company to customers * Identify which plan suits the customer * Occasionally conduct the initial on-site visit where services will be delivered * Complete contracts and send them for signature * Update systems * Participate in commercial events * Actively acquire customers * Acquire commercial partners **KEY ATTRIBUTES** \- Good listener \- Humanized service approach \- Welcoming demeanor \- Natural customer interaction **Aggressive sales tactics are not part of company procedures.** **WORK HOURS** Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Saturdays: 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.100,00 per month Benefits: * Education allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance
