Guarantee of a unique experience and positive brand promotion **Responsibilities and Duties:** Receptive handling of cancellation reversal and retention requests; Deliver engaged, courteous, and respectful service, aiming for personalization, excellence, quality, and customer satisfaction; Maintain a consistent customer-first attitude—guiding, supporting, assisting, and resolving customers' issues and/or questions; Achieve business-relevant performance indicators.
