If you are communicative, organized, enjoy interacting with people, and are passionate about delivering excellent service, this opportunity might be for you. **Job Description:** **✅ Customer Service** * Respond to customer inquiries and requests via WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Chat, and Booking Chat. * Ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient service, always aiming for guest satisfaction. * Collect feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement. **✅ Scheduling and Processing Reservations** * Make and confirm reservations according to customer needs. * Use the reservation system to check availability and maximize occupancy. * Maintain smooth communication with reception and other departments. **✅ Check-in and Check-out** * Welcome guests and carry out arrival and departure procedures. * Provide information about hotel services and facilities. * Ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure. **✅ Payment Management** * Handle payments and advance deposits for reservations. * Accurately record financial transactions in the system. **✅ Administration and Reporting** * Maintain organized records of reservations, calls, and customer interactions. * Update information daily in the system and performance tracking spreadsheets. * Generate reports on occupancy, sales, feedback, and other operational data. **✅ Problem Resolution** * Handle cancellations, modifications, and refunds. * Proactively resolve unexpected issues in accordance with internal procedures. **Requirements:** * High school diploma; * Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or reservations (a plus). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Quick, organized, and detail-oriented. * Familiarity with digital tools (WhatsApp, reservation systems, spreadsheets). * Proactive attitude and problem-solving focus. * Must reside in Aparecida, Potim, or Guaratinguetá. ***Work Schedule:*** *6x1* ***Contract Type:*** *Full-time CLT* Job type: Full-time CLT Salary: starting at R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal allowance
