Contribution of insights for revenue management. **Hospitality company is hiring for:** Position: Hotel Reservation Coordinator Responsibilities: Monitor and resolve reservation discrepancies and overbookings to prevent negative operational impacts. Supervise the reservation team to ensure high performance and excellent customer service. Ensure reservations are processed accurately and efficiently across both direct and indirect channels. Guarantee that rates, special promotions, packages, and policies are correctly updated in property management systems. Analyze occupancy, demand trends, and reservation reports to provide insights for the revenue management team. Ensure compliance with cancellation, no-show, upgrade, and upselling policies. Collaborate with Sales, Events, and Front Office teams to ensure efficient information flow and proactive anticipation of guest needs. Mandatory Requirements: Proven experience in hotel reservation management. Proven experience in people management. Experience in sales. Bachelor's degree completed in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields. Fluent English (spoken English test will be administered). Knowledge of OTA systems, Booking.com, etc. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate level or higher). Availability to work weekend shifts.
