




Job Summary: Responsible for handling and managing reservation requests, controlling accommodation availability, updating information on sales channels, and supporting internal departments. Crucial support to front office and housekeeping * Handle reservation requests via phone, e-mail, and online channels; * Register, confirm, modify, and cancel reservations in the system; * Monitor accommodation availability and prevent overbooking; * Update rates and availability on sales channels; * Maintain contact with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients; * Prepare occupancy reports and monitor arrival forecasts; * Support front office and housekeeping departments with reservation information.
