Ensure correct reservation entry into the PMS system Handle the reservation process, manage daily occupancy, and maximize the property's revenue. Contact customers to offer the best rates and an excellent experience with our services. * Always present guests and intermediary customers with the best available reservation options, aligned with daily conditions and strategies. * Provide all necessary information to customers at the time of booking. * Ensure correct reservation entry into the PMS system, per the procedures outlined in the reservation manual. * Enter negotiated rate agreement contracts into the primary system, per sales negotiations. * Coordinate with Front Office and Events departments as needed to ensure guests' stays are properly managed. * Negotiate group reservations. * Strategically promote additional revenue opportunities during reservations, such as upselling, early check-in. * Check availability to open or close sales channels, preventing overbooking.
