




Job Summary: Responsible for guest service, reservation management, availability and rate verification, channel updates, and pre-arrival support. Key Highlights: 1. Multichannel guest service (phone, WhatsApp, email, and OTAs) 2. Reservation management and sales channel updates 3. Pre-arrival and post-booking support for guests **Responsibilities:** * Attend to guests via phone, WhatsApp, email, and OTAs. * Create and record reservations in the hotel's system. * Verify room availability, rates, and accommodation conditions. * Update prices and inventory across channels (Booking, Airbnb, Expedia, etc.). * Send confirmations and provide pre-arrival support to guests. * Process modifications, cancellations, and charges according to policies. * Generate occupancy reports and support front desk and housekeeping operations.
