About the position **Required education:** Completed high school; **Requirements and preferences:** Experience in dental clinics. Experience in customer service/reception at clinics and healthcare facilities. **Your daily responsibilities will include:** Managing appointment schedules; Providing customer service and referrals; Collecting payments for consultations and other services; Procuring minor supplies and services; Managing, organizing, and updating maps, filing systems, and/or document archives; Preparing and calling waiting lists for dental services; Assisting with client acquisition and retention; Maintaining and repairing the workplace environment; Preparing various reports and documents.
