Proactive, responsible, courteous, and empathetic profile **OPEN POSITION \| RECEPTIONIST (ARACATI – BUSINESS HOURS)** The **Viva Saúde Integrada** has an opportunity for a **Receptionist** at its **Aracati** unit, to work during business hours. We seek an organized, communicative individual focused on delivering humanized and excellent patient care. **Main Responsibilities:** * In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service; * Scheduling, confirmation, and organization of appointments; * Patient reception and welcoming; * Organization of patient flow and clinical team support; * Management of information and documents; * Administrative support for front-desk routines. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: business hours * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (currently pursuing higher education is a plus); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organization, punctuality, and professional demeanor; * Proficiency with technology and WhatsApp-based customer service; * Prior experience in clinic or healthcare reception is a plus. **Desired Profile:** * Proactivity and responsibility; * Courtesy, empathy, and patient focus; * Commitment to goals, schedules, and processes; * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 1\.621,00 * Cash float * Performance bonus * Commissions Payment: starting from R$1\.621,00 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Company-provided mobile phone Work Location: On-site
