Register and update patient information in the system. Verify referral forms, authorizations, and health insurance plans. Organize the reception area and manage patient flow. Provide administrative support to medical and administrative staff. Ensure welcoming, ethical, and humanized service in all interactions. Previous experience as a Receptionist, Customer Service Assistant, Reception Assistant, or Customer Service Agent may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
