Responsibilities \- Open patient service accounts in the emergency department or outpatient clinic by registering the service form and health insurance referral form; \- Request authorization from health insurance providers, when necessary, via telephone or internet, ensuring that all services are properly authorized; \- Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers via telephone support.
