




Job Summary: Primary patient and user reception, including registration, appointment scheduling, payment collection, health insurance authorizations, and front desk organization. Diverse support functions in the clinic * Provide primary reception for patients and/or users at the Clinic; * Register patients; * Answer telephone calls and route them to the appropriate department; * Guide patients on obtaining appointment tickets, including location and scheduled time for consultations and/or examinations; * Collect consultation and examination fees; * Close daily private-pay transactions and forward reports to Finance; * Process authorizations for consultations and/or examinations via Health Insurance Portals; * Organize and maintain printed forms at the reception desk per Quanta standardization; * Request departmental supplies from the Procurement Department according to internal requisition procedures; * Assist Coordination with daily tasks as required; * Maintain workplace cleanliness and order; * Perform other reception-related duties similar in nature and scope not explicitly listed above; **Requirements**: Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, reception, and health insurance authorizations. * Minimum education: Completed High School * Customer service * Organization * Emotional control Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM–9:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.315,60 – R$2.315,62 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Childcare allowance * Partnership agreements and commercial discounts * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
