Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for customer service with strong communication skills and a professional demeanor, able to work collaboratively and handle diverse situations. Friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism * Completed high school education (a course in hospitality or customer service is desirable); * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency (mandatory); * Prior experience in reception, customer service, or hospitality is a plus; * Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English; * Friendliness, courtesy, and professional conduct when interacting with customers; * Organization, responsibility, and punctuality; * Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite and reservation systems are a plus); * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays (where applicable); * Ability to work effectively in a team and interact comfortably with the public.
