Job Summary: Skyfit is seeking a communicative, proactive, and customer-service-oriented receptionist who is passionate about delivering exceptional service as the first point of contact for students, handling registrations, and managing the front desk. Be the first point of contact and essential support for students **Skyfit** is looking for a communicative, proactive, and customer-service-oriented individual to join our team at the **Cidade Nova** unit! As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact between our students and the gym — therefore, we seek someone empathetic, organized, and full of positive energy! **Responsibilities:** * Process registrations, enrollments, and membership plan management; * Support front desk and common area organization; * Monitor student entry and exit; **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office suite and systems); * Availability to work from 12 PM to 6 PM (Monday to Friday); * Weekend and holiday shifts will be scheduled according to roster. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in customer service or reception roles; * Familiarity with the fitness industry. **Benefits:** * Free gym access; * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; If you’re eager to grow, enjoy working with people, and want to join a place where health and well-being come first, come be part of our team!
