




Job Summary: Provide courteous and efficient service to internal and external customers, receive visitors, and manage incoming calls to meet needs and direct information. Key Highlights: 1. Support for sales and HR teams Personally or by phone, courteously, helpfully, and efficiently serve internal and external customers to meet their needs; Receive customers, visitors, and suppliers coming to the company or calling the reception desk, and direct them to their requested destination; Announce all visitors and callers by stating their name and purpose before transferring them to the desired extension or department; Collect information, complaints, and compliments provided by customers; Relay requested information to customers, employees, and other callers or visitors; Transfer all customer calls to the telesales department; Record customer messages (name, phone number, company, etc.) requesting to speak with sales counter staff, and transmit the collected data to the relevant salesperson via Spark; Make calls upon request from managers and the HR department; Assist with processing sales ledger entries; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.150,31 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Experience: * Customer service (Mandatory)
