Administrative support and front desk organization **Responsibilities:** * Greet and guide patients courteously. * Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments. * Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and reply to the clinic's e\-mails. * Open and close dentists' appointment schedules. * Organize patient files, medical records, and system registrations. * Assist with payment tracking, receipt issuance, and daily financial transfers. * Maintain a clean, organized, and functional reception area. * Support general administrative tasks. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Must reside in Paulínia\-SP. * Prior experience as a receptionist is considered a plus. * Basic knowledge of administrative tasks. * Proficiency in the Office suite. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and alternate Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
