




Job Summary: Professional responsible for guest service, performing check-in, check-out, reservation support, and general front desk assistance at the hotel. Key Highlights: 1. Support and information regarding services and tourism **Work Schedule:** 6 days on, 1 day off Food basket \- BRL 320.00 Health insurance with co-payment \- Available after 3 months Dental insurance \- Available after 3 months Experience with Totvs system and English proficiency are advantageous Guest service Check-in Check-out Reservation support Greet all arriving guests; Answer phone calls; Check and respond to received e\-mails; Deliver the hotel registration form (FNRH) and register guests; Make reservations, pre\-reservations, or cancellations; Perform check\-in and check\-out; Collect daily room payments; Call taxis for guests; Manage the reservation chart; Maintain an orderly front desk area; Assist guests; Provide information and answer questions about hotel services, facilities, etc.; Recommend tourist attractions, excursions, restaurants, etc.
