The main responsibility is to approach and serve customers in person, by phone, or via WhatsApp, ensuring friendly and efficient service. Responsibilities also include entering customer registration information into the company's CRM system and directing customers to consultants and respective departments. We seek candidates with completed high school education, strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency with digital tools, organizational ability, and proactivity.
