We seek professionals who value excellent service, responsibility, and empathy, contributing to a positive experience from the patient’s first contact with the clinic. **Responsibilities:** * Delivering excellent patient service and managing front-desk operations; * Scheduling appointments; * In-person and telephone customer service; * Performing registrations, contract signings, issuing health insurance forms, and organizing patient files for appointments; * Finalizing the sales process with the patient. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in reception; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel) and internet proficiency; **Salary:** R$ 2\.096,00 per month; **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Dental plan provided by the clinic; * Meal allowance: R$ 400.00; * Attendance bonus: R$ 100.00; **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with 2-hour lunch break); Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **Location:** Horto\-BH
