




Job Summary: Responsible for greeting clients, providing support, handling telephone inquiries, scheduling estimates/consultations, organizing information, and managing billing and payments. Responsibility for financial management and daily cash reconciliation Greet, approach, and provide support services to customers and estimators. Handle telephone inquiries and provide information regarding the clinic, contracts, and service provisions. Schedule estimates or consultations. Assess clients' needs and direct them to the appropriate location or person. Organize information and plan daily tasks. Follow up on overdue payments. Schedule patient follow-up appointments one week later or as directed by the specialist; if no slot is available, coordinate with the estimating dentist for an appointment adjustment. Receive payments for all contracts and private procedures, immediately record them in the system, and issue receipts to patients, ensuring successful completion of the process. Confirm scheduled appointments daily, one day prior to the scheduled date and time. Perform daily cash reconciliation, verifying all system entries and payment methods, and ensuring all receipts and cash are accounted for.
