Requires good communication, organization, and proactivity **We are looking for a Receptionist in (Hortolândia):** **Reporting to the area manager, your responsibilities will include:** * Responsible for initial customer service at Auto Center locations, ensuring security, dynamism, flexibility, and peace of mind for customers; * Resolving conflicts and discrepancies during customer interactions; * Presenting the portfolio of services offered and providing guidance within the Auto Center; * Handling pre-inspection verification and customer registration. * Selling products **Requirements** * Completed high school education or a technical course in Administration; * Experience as a Receptionist in retail stores; * Possession of a Brazilian driver's license (Category B) and ability to drive; * Prior experience with in-person customer service; * Previous experience in Auto Centers is a plus; * Ability to work well in a team; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Good communication, organizational, and proactive skills; * Must deliver excellent customer service, demonstrating willingness to assist customers with any questions.
