Process enrollments, renewals, and registrations of new students. Answer calls, messages, and address questions regarding membership plans, classes, and schedules. Present membership plans, promotions, and services offered by the academy. Monitor student entry and access via system or turnstile. Schedule physical assessments and trial classes. Organize student information and documents within the system. Receive payments and issue receipts or payment confirmations. Support instructors and administrative staff with simple tasks. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Assist in promoting campaigns and academy updates. Contribute to courteous, prompt, and efficient service. Previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist, Reception Assistant, Secretary, or Customer Service Representative may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
