Responsibilities include answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls; greeting and directing clients and other visitors entering the company; organizing the reception area and other common spaces; and providing general administrative support to other departments. **Responsibilities:** * Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls. * Monitor the daily schedule. * Greet and direct clients. * Open and manage the cash register. * Schedule follow-up appointments. * Organize the reception area and other spaces. * Provide general administrative support to departments. **Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Prior experience in customer service (preferred); * Basic Excel proficiency; * Proactive and organized mindset. **Benefits:** * CLT employment regime; * Salary commensurate with responsibilities; * Transportation allowance (VT) and * Meal voucher (VR). **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday.
