Supporting the team in administrative routines and digital marketing **About the Position** We are looking for a dedicated professional to work in reception and patient relations at the INET Dental Complex, which includes both a private clinic and an educational institution. You will be the clinic’s first point of contact, creating a welcoming, personalized, and professional experience for patients from the private clinic and model patients from the institute. You will be responsible for greeting, guiding, and providing information to patients; performing registrations, appointments, and confirmations; tracking leads and patients to ensure their attendance and satisfaction; and contributing to the organization and smooth flow of administrative processes and excellence in the patient experience. **Main Responsibilities** Greet patients and visitors courteously and professionally. Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp and telephone, clarifying information about dental treatments and addressing any questions. Manage appointment schedules, including confirmations, follow-up, and tracking the process through to the consultation. Use CRM and lead management tools to organize contacts, monitor appointments, and ensure all service steps are completed efficiently. Support patients during pre-consultation, ensuring comfort, well-being, and satisfaction. Assist the team with administrative tasks and maintain reception organization. Contribute to digital marketing by suggesting ideas, campaigns, or improvements based on patient feedback and market insights. Propose strategies to attract new patients and increase appointment conversion rates. **Requirements** Completed high school education. Prior customer service experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills—clear, kind, and empathetic. Proficiency with computers, digital tools, and CRM systems (preferred). Proactivity, autonomy, and organizational skills to independently manage scheduling and service stages. Ability to understand patient needs and offer personalized solutions.
