




Job Summary: Multifunctional reception professional to welcome, guide, and provide administrative and organizational support in a healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Professionally receive and greet doctors and patients 2. Manage communication and correspondence 3. Organize documents and materials * Receive and greet doctors and patients professionally and warmly. * Identify and direct individuals. * Provide general information about the company, services, or operating hours. * Answer, screen, and transfer telephone calls. * Record and relay messages clearly and completely. * Manage reception emails or general mailboxes, responding to or forwarding them. * Receive, sort, and distribute correspondence, packages, and internal/external mail pouches. * Schedule appointments and manage the executive or room/space calendar. * File, digitize, and organize physical and digital documents. * Manage inventory and purchase or request supplies. * Perform typing, photocopying, prepare examination rooms, and assist with other simple administrative tasks. * In some cases, control personnel access or the use of keys and equipment.
