We are looking for a commercially oriented, proactive, communicative, and engaged professional to join a company in the health and wellness sector. The candidate will be responsible for attending to current and potential customers, with a focus on sales, relationship building, and lead conversion. **Key responsibilities:** * Provide in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service with a sales focus; * Present the company's services, plans, and differentiators; * Convert contacts and leads into customers; * Conduct negotiations and close sales; * Enter and update customer information in systems, spreadsheets, and/or CRM; * Monitor sales targets and performance metrics; * Support front desk organization and contribute to delivering an excellent customer experience. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in sales, commercial customer service, or customer relationship management; * Experience with in-person, WhatsApp, and telephone customer service; * Proficiency with digital tools, systems, and spreadsheets; * Must reside in Ananindeua or nearby areas.
