Team collaboration for excellence in service **If you are communicative, passionate about aesthetics, beauty, and wellness, enjoy interacting with people, and identify with a modern and sophisticated environment, this opportunity may be for you!** **Job Responsibilities:** Greet and receive customers in a friendly and professional manner; Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring proper organization of the clinic's schedule; Provide information about offered services and clarify customer inquiries; Manage customer entry and exit, maintaining an appropriate service flow; Assist in organizing and cleaning the workplace to ensure a pleasant environment for customers; Record and update customer information in the clinic's system; Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction; Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance service quality and clinic offerings. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Organizational skills and sense of responsibility; Proficiency in public-facing customer service. **Compensation and Benefits:** Fixed salary of R$2.000,00; Meal allowance of R$45.00 per day; Transportation allowance of R$11.00 per day; Health insurance plan available after 4 months of employment; Access to procedures within the clinic at cost price.
