As a **Receptionist**, your responsibilities will include: * Greeting clients and their pets courteously. * Scheduling appointments and exams. * Providing guidance on procedures, services, and instructions on medical prescriptions. * Selling products available at the reception. * Keeping the reception area organized and pleasant. * Answering and responding to clients via WhatsApp. * Organizing and confirming appointments. * Performing scheduling procedures and patient registrations in the Pet love plan. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Requirements: * Experience in customer service (in-person and online). * Previous experience in reception within the healthcare sector is a plus. * Affinity with animals, as the work will be in a veterinary clinic. * Patience and empathy. * Strong written communication skills, clear and courteous. * Basic computer knowledge (systems). * Must reside in Vargem Grande Paulista or have easy access to the location.
