Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, communicative, and proactive Receptionist to handle public interactions, ensuring a friendly and efficient reception, as well as supporting administrative tasks. An organized and presentable reception environment **Position: Receptionist** **Salary:** R$ 1\.900,00 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance (VT) \+ On-site cafeteria **Job Description:** We are looking for an organized, communicative, and proactive professional to work as a Receptionist. The role involves public interaction, ensuring a friendly and efficient reception, as well as supporting the company’s administrative routines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet and assist customers, visitors, and colleagues courteously; * Handle telephone calls, screening and routing them appropriately; * Monitor entry and exit of individuals within company premises; * Schedule appointments, meetings, and other engagements; * Receive, organize, and distribute mail and packages; * Provide general information in person, by phone, or via e\-mail; * Assist with administrative tasks, such as document and file organization; * Maintain an organized and presentable reception area; * Support other departments when needed. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office suite); * Organization, responsibility, and proactivity; * Punctuality; * Prior experience in this role is preferred. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Saturday or Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Work Location:** Butantã, near USP.
