




Job Summary: Friendly and humanized customer service, authorization of procedures, scheduling of exams, and patient flow management at a healthcare clinic. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in reception at healthcare clinics Provide friendly and humanized customer service; · Request issuance of Attendance Certificates; · Verify procedure authorization with health insurance providers; · Authorize procedures/exams; · Schedule exams according to the service protocol; · Deliver exam forms to the Exam Department for execution; · Collect payments for private exams; · Perform cash register closing and provide accountability to the Reception Leader in the absence of the Reception Coordinator or Reception Coordinator; · Guide patients who have multiple types of exams to be performed at the clinic; · Assist in patient flow control when necessary; · Rotate among group units upon coordination request; Compensation: R$1\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Are you available to work rotating shifts on weekends?
