




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for customer service, opening and closing protocols, updating registrations, and performing administrative tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Support for audits and administrative activities **Your main responsibilities will include:** Providing 0800 hotline support for urgent and emergency cases. In-person and telephone customer service, including opening, approving, and closing protocols (DMED, exams, audits, various requests, etc.). Updating and creating registrations, including for beneficiaries from other cities/states (inter-state exchange). Issuing purchase orders, attaching documents (e.g., X-rays), and delivering replacement health insurance cards. Collecting occasional payments on weekends. Supporting scheduled and unscheduled audits, as well as private consultations.
