




Job Summary: The Overnight Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing courteous guest service, executing departmental procedures, and maintaining an organized workspace. Key Responsibilities: 1. Providing friendly and efficient guest service. 2. Performing check-in, check-out, and daily reconciliations. 3. Conducting nighttime patrols and completing the audit report. **Summary Description:** The Front Desk Agent is responsible for delivering courteous guest service and must execute departmental procedures while maintaining an organized workspace to ensure a pleasant and efficient environment. **Specific Duties and Responsibilities:** For this shift (overnight), the following duties are assigned to the Front Desk Agent: · Perform check-in and check-out; · Verify daily postings; · Reconcile room charges; · Complete the audit report; · Conduct nighttime patrols.
