Ensuring user satisfaction and perfect service. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Provide public service at the company's reception desk, inquiring\-them about the subject and/or purpose of their visit through clear communication; contacting the persons being visited and confirming their availability for the visit, directing visitors to the relevant departments, aiming to ensure perfect service and user satisfaction. * Operate the PBX system, making, receiving, and/or transferring internal and external local, long-distance, and inter-state telephone calls, activating commands, verifying the subject and persons being contacted, providing/obtaining general information, taking/transmitting messages, and forwarding calls to recipients, in order to ensure perfect customer service. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education. **Desirable:** * Computer literacy. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract type:** CLT
