Technical Requirements: Completed or ongoing technical or higher education in Administration or related fields. Prior experience in reception or public service; Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite); Strong verbal and written communication skills; Proactivity, organization, and courtesy. Skills: Excellent public service; Ease of teamwork; Good interpersonal relationships; Ability to calmly and efficiently handle diverse situations. Desirable but Not Mandatory: Experience in reception or administrative roles; Familiarity with telephony systems and scheduling tools.
